- Size = Length + Width divided by 2. Example: 1" + 2" divided
by 2 = 1 1/2"
- Pricing is for 75% embroidery coverage.
- Add 25% to the above pricing for 100% embroidery coverage.
- Pricing is for up to 9 embroidery thread colors.
- Add 20% to the above pricing for Gold or Silver metallic thread.
- Pricing includes heat-seal backing.
- Velcro backing is available. Contact factory for details/pricing.
- Button loop available at $.20(P).
- Sizes under 1 1/2" or certain non-symmetrical shapes can not have the
traditional
merrowed edge.
- Delivery is 2 - 2 1/2 weeks from sample approval.
- Pre-production sample (if needed) is available in 2-4 working days (with acceptable artwork).
- Sewout charge: $30.00 (z) - refunded with an order of 150+ pieces.
- Sample charge: $60.00 (z) - refunded with an order of 150+ pieces.

We suggest that you assure yourselves
of the dye fastness of the yarn and the durability of the heat seal
by preliminary test. There is not one generic heat seal backing that
is suitable for all applications at the same time and temperature.
The diversity of the machinery involved in the heat seal process,
coupled with the wide range of materials the items are being applied
to prohibit us from bearing responsibility in the application
process. We will gladly furnish random samples at no cost for your
testing purposes.
Our yarn suppliers have informed us
that while their threads and films are manufactured to the highest
standards possible, they can not be responsible for damages which
may occur in dry cleaning, washing, pressing, etc..
Customers must notify us if emblems
are to be industrial laundered. All colors are not available in
industrial laundered yarns. |
